Steering, the company to its present shape and size, is its Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Arvind M. Mehta. Mr. Mehta has been a pioneering stalwart in India's Plastics revolution having played leadership role in various plastics associations and Trade bodies like:

Co-steering the company is Paresh Arvind Mehta, dynamic Director of Welset Plast Extrusions Pvt. Ltd.
